20 pounds in 5 weeks?
Its been a week. And i have officially lost nothing. I should diet. Or maybe no…
Every day i take a book, my ipod and mainly myself to the gym and burn 250 calories… and do weights.
From tomorrow i shall do more. I shall do 300 calories. and on Wednesday 350 and friday… 400 =)
Lets hope by next week the title will be 15 pounds in 4 weeks. =/
