20 pounds in 5 weeks?

Its been a week. And i have officially lost nothing. I should diet. Or maybe no…

Every day i take a book, my ipod and mainly myself to the gym and burn 250 calories… and do weights.

From tomorrow i shall do more. I shall do 300 calories. and on Wednesday 350 and friday… 400 =)

Lets hope by next week the title will be 15 pounds in 4 weeks. =/

20 pounds in 6 weeks?

Okay so i’ve decided that i’ll blog me attempting to loose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I have realized some things that are important to starting a diet, at least i thought they were pretty important.

First is to actually find a reason to decide to loose weight. For me it was going shopping with a VERY skinny and fit person. She looked amazing in all the clothes, and styles were all in her sizes, but for me: i looked abnormally fat in some clothes, i looked pregnant in cute shirts and some jeans made my thighs loose blood. Not literally of course.

Seeing someone like this and having an experiance like this is kind of important as you realize that you are pretty fat and you totally need to loose weight, thus you decide, hell yeah i’m working out.

Then second i hung out with her for a night and she decided to walkn up 4 san fransico hills. So i guess that helps you start working out. I mean, we walked like 2 miles or something.

But, i guess alls well. I mean, seriously, how hard would it be to drop 20 pounds? Once you start,it ust starts droping right?
